hi can anyone help me i have found soft wood in the rear 2 corners of my bailey senator and also near the wheel arch i found 2 cracks in the rear panel and suspect that has caused the damage is there any way this can be repaired any advice would be appreciated

The short answer is that almost anythuing can be repaired as long as you do it yourself.
Getting the 'professionals' to do it would likely to be too expensive so you need to save on expensive labour charges by doing it yourself. You don't have to be a specialist either, reasonable DIY skills will see you through.
Drill a small hole at the very end of each crack to stop it getting any longer and put some clear Gorilla type tape over it for now to stop any more water ingress whilst you get your plan of action assembled.

Hi Ian, trying to repair rotten wood is rarely successful, you need to get rid of it and replace it with sound timber. Like trog said, we could do with more info as to the scale of the problem.
The construction of the floor is basically a thin plywood, (roughly 3mm thick), sandwich with polystyrene foam glued in between. Around the edges and at various intervals there are wooden battens across, the same thickness as the foam to give a bit of rigidity and support for walls and heavy objects that need screwing down. It's all pretty basic woodwork and often looks much worse than it actually is. The walls are of a similar construction on modern vans but with aluminium sheet on the outside.
There are plenty of examples of repairing rot caused by water ingress on this forum, just check out the 'fixed it club' for ideas or even YouTube.
