If you have no LED lit on the controller, it means that the electrical control voltage is missing, that's what activates the three power relays to activate the heating elements. It could be no supply to the PCB at the rear of the fire but it was a pretty common failure in earlier models as the transformer was underrated and overheated. If this is the case, the normally flat top will bulge outwards and is duff. New PCBs are readily available but pricey. However, with a bit of searching, items that normally fail, (transformer & relays) are available to buy on line, if competent to do the soldering job oneself.
