Often there is a battery master fuse in the line where the wires from the battery enter the caravan. It's quite possibly under one of the seats where the battery locker is.

Hi thanks for your reply I've checked and its a 20amp fuse which is OK not broken I can't even see the fuse for the lights anywhere thanks
I had a problem with the main fuse in my caravan when I first bought it. The fuse itself wasn't blown, but there was quite a bit of corrosion inside the fuseholder and the fuse wasn't making proper contact. I cut it out and replaced it with a 12 volt DC circuit breaker of the correct amperage, so if it "blows" now I only have to press a button to reset it.
In my caravan there is a switch panel with 3 switches on for lights, pump, and auxiliaries. There are 3 corresponding screw-in fuseholders near them.

Colin

If you have found the 20 amp fuse can you not follow that wire to the fuse box?

Probably depends on the caravan. You couldn't do it on mine because the wiring disappears and there is no actual fusebox as such. The wiring reappears in the wardrobe and then goes into the back of a control panel where the switches and screw-in fuses are located. There aren't any other fuses. I would imagine all makes and models are different.
