Hi I've heard that you can run the Truma blown air heating on both gas and electric at the same time, is this correct and if so how do you do it?

I’m curious. Why do you want to?
Can’t help though. We can’t do it with our heating because the control panel doesn’t have that option: it’s either one or t’other. Like the fridge.

I think you can use gas and electric together to heat the water faster, never heard of it for the blown air heating.

You certainly can! We do it on really cold days to heat the van up quickly.
Simply switch them both on.

I presume you mean the older S3002 unit with the fire? Yes, you can, they are both in the same fire cabinet and independant of each other with separate controls. As said, it's often a way of getting your van heated as quick as possible then one or other is turned off to maintain the temperature that's comfortable.

On our truma blown air (I assume they’re all the same) you change the settings to mix 1 or mix 2 then operate as normal
