Snowfoam is a car wash and won't shift algea build up on a caravan surface. Fenwick's 'Caravan Cleaner' is the best product for that application.

My van roof hadn't been cleaned for a few years and was very green and filthy, Fenwicks Caravan Cleaner with the aid of a long handled wash brush got it impressively clean.

No reason why snowfoam would not work if left to dwell on the roof for a decent amount of time, and using an extending brush.
If not just re apply and go for it again, pretty sure it will work, I have used it on a very grotty VW van roof and it cleaned it up after a bit of effort.
