As bluexpo97 said, it's very similar to the Thetford (Spinflo) Aspire, as fitted in my van, only slight difference is the valve knobs, but they had several 'fashion' changes over the years, and branding, but for sure it WILL be a rebranded unit from Thetford or the like, not a unique Lunar (sic Luna) product.
Can't get to my van easily to check, as in storage, but sure somewhere behind one of the doors (may have been the storage door at bottom, push middle top of door to pop the catch open), there was a label with model, serial number etc.
