Hello Everyone
Anyone know the size of the herzim on a Bailey Ranger 1997. The Herzim that is coming off has shrunk hence it's falling off the van. As it has now shrunk no point in relying on its size. I'm going to replace all of it on the van so buying a lot of it. Any help would be metres and metres of help..
you can either measure it with string or have a look on isabella's awning website to see what size awning it requires once you have this just take a little of for the front a rear van to floor sections
What is Herzim strip?
Product description. Herzim Strip 110. Commonly used with aluminium mouldings to cover fixing screws (screw cover strip). Available in black, cream, grey, maroon, silver, white, and navy blue.
I think what you are on about bessie500 is the one to put in when you remove your awning to keep it clean. If I am not mistaken I was on a site that was really windy and the rail was whistling so I bought the one that I am on about fitted it and that solved that problem I take it out when I fit the awning and refit it when I remove the awning. Herzim strip is in one section and covers exposed screws and the awning rail is at the side of that depending what the OP means.

Hi no i'm on about the different coloured strip, It goes in the same channel housing so if you measure the awning rail you should be pretty much the same length
Dont forget that it comes in different widths and always allow 3 or 4 inch overhang at each end to stop the water tracking under the caravan and rotting the wooden floor
