You don't say whether you have microswitches in the taps, if so there will be some wires dangling out underneath all of them. One of the microswitces in it may be failing internally. If your system is a later build it is likely to be a pressure switched systen. Perhaps a kink in the pipework to one or both of the feeds to that particular tap? Failing that there may be a problem with the ceramic cartridge in the tap itself, they sometimes crack.
