Hi
cant open cassette toilet door top button releasing ok
Have used key on bottom button key turns ok and pushing in but does not release bottom catch
is there any way of opening door ie slide something in to release the catch
Many thanks in advance

Have you tried pressing on the door to compress the door seal at the same time as pressing the button? Always need to do that on mine.

Given the recent cold weather, is there any chance that the door rubber is frozen to the frame?

dont think so button at top opens door a little
when i pull a it it feels like catch on bottom is not working at all

The bottom seal is more likely to be frozen than the top as any water that has got between seal and door will have run downwards. Have you tried pouring some warm water on it. I have done this times over the years in freezing weather

You could try pushing a plastic card in by the catch at the bottom

No problem, thanks for coming back with the update. I think Jack Frost caused a fair bit of damage and frustration this time. Just glad that it's OK now, plus it was a cheap fix in the end.
