what is the best product for cleaning the roof on my caravan to keep it clean

I always use Aldi caravan cleaner that they sell annually a bit later in the year, but if not Fenwicks cleaner available from caravan shops or Halfords.

We use the same cleaner as we do on the rest of the caravan (usually Fenwicks or dealer own brand). You can also get Bobby Dazzler which is a one off application, meant to create a protective layer over your van so it makes it easier to clean in future, or overwintering polish, which I presume does something similar.

We use Fenwicks caravan Wash on the whole caravan, including the roof. It is a big chore doing the roof so we just do it once a year. I haven’t come across anything that keeps it clean without you having to get up there and clean it!

If you wash your tow vehicle at home then just use your car wash and wax.
Worked well for me for years and no need to buy anything labelled caravan.

A good car shampoo and then a nice deep wax, none of this modern stuff use a paste type such as Simonize in a tin, this will keep it clean and growth free for at least a year ( I last deep cleaned my van roof 3 years ago), just needing a simple fresh water wash down now and then to wash away any grit and keep the sparkle.
