Hi, Just picked up our new caravan (finaly) last Friday and it is fitted with the Dometic RML 10.4s fridge. it appears to be missing the shelf above the veg crisper at the bottom also only came with one narrow metal shelf and one full depth metal shelf. lastly it only has two plastic door bins for bottles,cheese etc. Is this normal? I found the spec on dometics site to be lacking on any info regarding what comes included.

I would say it was normal but my advice is to contact Dometic to see if there is a shelf missing.

I also would say it's normal, as I had to buy extra parts for our Thetford fridge.

Not sure I would agree that's normal on a 2.5k fridge.
I have sent a message to Dometic and await their reply.
I know I can get a door bin for £31 and another shelf for £55 with the postage but cant find a shelf over the veg crisper anywhere (will have to get my glazier to supply me with a toughend glass shelf.

Not going down that line yet. hence the reason I posted on here and trawled the net, looking for anyone who has had this experience and a outcome good or bad. I know if I go straight to the dealer I will run round in circles for ages.

If it was bought brand new from the dealer I would say they should be able to help.

However, if it's only new to you but 2nd hand then it's as you bought it.
