Good afternoon, I'm hoping someone can advise whether it's worth me continuing to try and repair this damp problem? I began investigating a spongy floor and have uncovered timbers that are completely crumbled. Please see photos. I'm not sure what is supporting what? Any advice will be very much appreciated.

Hi, it depends on what your woodworking skills are like and how much patience you have. You may also find that the ply on the underside of the floor is also rotten, which can be a pain to replace. All the rotten frame timbers will need to be cut out and replaced with new tanalised timber. You may need to make up a supporting structure to keep the shape and integrity of the van, depending on how much you have to cut out.
All timbers should be fixed and bonded back in place to restore the frame integrity.

As above but how much time have you spare to do it and will cost be more than caravan would be worth if completed

Depends how much you can do yourself. I am having to replace all the wood around the front windows of our 31 year old caravan. I'm doing it all myself and I don't expect the total cost to come to more than £250, and that includes the £60 I paid for a step platform I bought to work on the outside. I have virtually everything I need to complete the work now.

A quote I got from a caravan dealer to do the work was a minimum of £2,000 and didn't include anything that they couldn't immediately see. It's the labour that costs the money, the parts are cheap.
