Hi, I have a problem with the tap in the bathroom on my 2000 Swift Challenger 530se. After googling it it seems the problem is with the micro switch. Took the tap apart, well partly, only needed the handle taking off, and got the part number for the switch. Problem being cant find the part number listed anywhere. Would it come under a different part number? Its a Whale tap but no idea on the model. Can Anyone advise please.

Go in any caravan dealer and ask for microswitch for Whale tap if you are sure it is whale. We had a 2001 new and it had a fold down tap and that was a reich tap with micro switches.

Have you just tried googling whale tap microswitch, I have but there are a lot to look at and not knowing what I am looking for I don't stand a chance of finding what you need. You have it so could possibly track it down. If not the part number you have or a picture of it might help.

Thanks for your reply. Yes think I'm going to have to go to a dealer. Yes Defo a Whale tape says so on it. The Reich fold down tap is on the kitchen sink.

Thanks Tina for your reply. I have the part no. and a photo of it and have searched the web but no sign of it. As its an older caravan I'm wondering if they've changed the part number. Will be going into a Swift dealer with it to try to get one.
