There will be 2 small plugs about 6mm. in diameter in the window either at the top or bottom. You will need to remove those first to allow any trapped air escape between the two halves whilst you undertake the repair. Apply some waterproof bonding glue at the seams where the window has split then because of the contour of the window you will need to clamp the window seams together with strong bulldog clips and leave the window slightly ajar whilst the curing process takes place. Once the repair is complete you will have to replace the two small 6mm. caps which they are now silicon rubber and not plastic the same as the original caps. They are available on Ebay for just just a few quid.

That's a good instructive post blueexpo97, I wish I'd seen it before I tackled mine.

That's what I thought, you can always get good advice on here,
However on my 2006 amara I couldn't repair it in situ, contrary to what you may hear you can't lift the front windows up to 90° and unhook them, a local repairer told me, you have to remove the end caps from the rail, peel off the protective strip, to reveal screws holding the rail on mine was also held with sticky mastic, lightly prise up one end of the rail when enough screws are removed and carefully slide the first small window off ( after having disconnected the two arms that hold it open, mine had to be unscrewed there's no tiny button to press to release )
remove the spacer then slide out the middle window, fingers crossed 🤞 your sorted
