hi all can anyone help ,alde heating not working on gas ,its fine on electric ... was on gas in the night and switched over to electric for some reason ,,gas bottle got plenty in it,,any help would be great,,K.Lee

I can’t help directly as we have never had that problem but have you tried a boiler reset? There are loads of YouTube videos that show you how to reset it.

Suggest to check the Alde control panel to ensure gas mode is still selected. I seem to recall you can also select preferred mode of energy use IE gas 1st or electricity 1st.
