We had a damp repair done in March. We received photos of every step of what the repairer did. We have just had our service and the damp reading has come down a lot, but he said it takes quite a long time for it to completely dry out, so don’t expect the damp to have completely gone yet. Ours was a leaky wheel arch,
We have kept all the pictures as documentation that the work has been done, if we want to sell in the future. He even took pictures of the awning light he changed, and the door catch. He was very thorough and kept us informed, he had the van for 2 weeks.
