Hi all, need a bit of help here. I've got a swift major 6std van . Some of my 12volt system has gone off.
I've got a Sargent ec444 psu . All fuse are good with continuity proved. I've checked both set of fuse including the hook up fuse board. I've also check battery 20amp and 25amp fuse .
The only power I've got now is front and rear internal lights, porch light and mains sockets.

The fridge is off even when hooked up to van!! Which is making me think a perished relay somewhere.

Boiler off, truma.control panel, hob ignition, 12volt sockets, toilet light. Radio off and aerial.

Just lucky I've got my camping electric cooler box for a fridge. And kettle off the mains.

So I can only see power on the internal lights via my multi which is 12.78. When I test all other points seems to be nill.

I'm thinking a.relay has popped somewhere.. Am I on the right track? I'm leaning to the one in the main fuse board but hoping there's another somewhere I've not thought to check.

I've seen Apuljack and Sargent do repairs, but just wondered if any one here has had this issue, vans all the way in Bala on season pitch now so I'd have to get a separate engineer to come out to fault find then send parts off. Trying to diagnose it to save time and my frustration. Kids are still loving it tho.

Thanks for your time .
Don

First thing I would look at is the push connections on the back of the EC unit are making a good connection. They have been known on forums to come loose

Yes I've checked all connections, they all seem to be connected. I'll recheck em again, thinking it may be a relay but not worked out which one yet.. anything else I should.check
