If you Google the size you need it should bring up plenty of sellers. Sometimes worth checking Ebay as sometimes people change the type of Heki and sell the original on.
We replaced ours at Leisureshopdirect, fitted it ourselves. Used tape for the seal with the roof rather than a silicone gun; cleaned it up first, of course.
Yes, pretty easy job to do, most of it can be done from below but if it's accesssable from the roof you can see better what's going on. Use white spirit to soften the old sealant, clean it all off. Then use meths to clean off the white residue that white spirit leaves.
I used mastic on a roll, (various widths are available) to seal mine but sealant gun will do too but can be a bit messier.

David it’s the large reiki. The part that is broken are the clips that hold the bar. Does that mean replacing the whole thing. How do I get the correct measurement's while it is still fitted

How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Not absolutly sure which part you mean. There are exploded diagrams for this stuff at this link so depending which variant you have you can view, that may give you a clue. However, these are all assembled on the bench with easy access which may not be the same in situe.
Is it the bit on the movable top dome or the fixed surround?
