hello, can anyone assist me with a fridge problem. the fridge works fine on mains electric, bur when it is hooked up for towing and the switch on the fridge is switched to battery the light alternates from on to off. the control panel in the van has been flicked to car, i have only been on reasonably short trips but am going to cornwall and the fridge will be essential with a young baby.

thanks.Ken

can't help you with the fridge problem, however if you can't fix it use a cool box while travelling. You can re charge your blocks when the fridge is on mains.

Switch the battery to car and switch off the green mains switch on the fridge. Switch on the red battery switch on the fridge; when the caravan is connected to the car and the cars engine is running the red light should be illuminated, the red light won't stay on if the engine is not running.  If that doesnt work then you have a fault.
