Hi we have recently bought an old 1980 4 berth, it needs a little TLC but apart from that all good, except that is a couple of areas that need to be resealed, can anyone advise what would be the best thing to use ?

Hi doodle

we started the work at the end of september and worked off and on ( weather & health permitting ) and it was ready to use by the start of April , one of the main problems was the cold weather not allowing the products to harden but in man hours we reckon around 100hours or two full weeks of working every day

Thats still pretty damn good for what you have achieved, at end of the day you have got a lovely looking van that will probably outlast a lot of the newer ones.
Ours has some damp around the door frame and a small amount in the front l/hand locker also I've just seen a small patch on the ceiling in one corner from the awning rail so I'll do a temporary seal with silicone until after the winter now.
