Help, i am sorry to barge in on the existing topic
I recently replaced the top control cover on my Truma S3002 blown air heater as the original one was broken...since then the blown air system has stopped working...any ideas as to how I have managed to break it :-( The wires are fine going into the PCB and into the heater at the rear. There is no resistance on the dial for the fan setting and I am wondering if I may have broke the PCB...any help is greatly appreciated. I am at a loss as to how I managed to break it
Hi Gary, sorry to but in but my blown air heating ( carver ) won't work on mains, the red light comes on when switched on and the fan works, but no heat, is there a trip or thermal cut out on it and have you a drawing to show where it is.
Thanks for the reply...I have since fixed this problem..it was a blown fuse...being an ex student of electrical and and electronic TEC 1 course in 1983 it took the help of my wife to find the problem by process of elimination....funny enough this could be the first display of "non emotional based reaction" to a situation by the present Mrs Shoney
Gary
