It's hard to say why you have a damp floor , have you been in the caravan with wet feet ? or have a leak somewhere ? As to the readings far as i know 20% and up is considered to be the start of damp problems , but could easliy be explained by an accidental water spill etc , where abouts is the highest readings .

Hi welcome to the site, as everyone has said it seem odd that the floor is reading high when everywhere else is o.k. The place that we have ours tested at say that they don't consider readings of up to 25% anything to worry about but 55% is quite a worry. What I can't understand is if it's under warranty whyarn't they looking into it?

 I hope you can get it sorted without too much hassle.
