can anyone recommend a good repairer in the north west?slight damage to rear bottom of van[fibre glass]only scrape.the dealer says they only fit complete panels.this means full rear[he has NOT seen the damage]and it seems well over the top.[insurance]
We has the bottom of our rear GPS panel smashed and the only viable repair was a complete new panel the Insurance covered the accidental damage and as it was Caravan Club the excess was only £50 but it took around 6 months to get fixed as the rear panels need to be made even our 2003 model didn't have a spare part in stock at Bailey's

is it too big to tackle yourself??? we fixed a big crack in the front of our 'van, thanks to good advice from the folk on this website.. i was surprised to find how easy it was once the "sticky stuff" went on, then we just sprayed it. you can't even see it now. but don't tackle it if it is a big job..cost us about £12 altogether thats all.
thanks the damage is a impact on the rear corner under the van.it was caused by mounting kerb.does not seem a whole rear panel job.if this is the route .i will have to join the''I PAY FOR INSURANCE''gang but i prefer not to join.
