 Hi , i wondered  if any one knows how to remove the motor from  a mark 1 carver fan master  i have removed the unit from the fire but am having trouble removing the  fan blade from the motor ( i have a replacement new motor) has anyone carried the procedure out before or can any one tell me of a  web site .  many thanks Rob..

Should have bought it of of me, mine come complete with instructions!!

Theres a grub screw in the boss facing the motor, you will need a 2mm Allen key to get it undone

Thanks Gary ,  i will  look you up for any future purchases  the reason i  am changing the motor is because  on start up the fan was very noisy   do you think this correct   or do you think it may be  something else.  the operation air and heat is fine just very noisy particually when first start up  the noise is the n intermittent. intermittent.
