 what ever next, just got back today from a lovely week at canterbury cc site, we are new to all this did not relise that we hadn't took the battery off charge and was hooked up at the same time all togeather the battery was chargeing for well over 18 hrs, it was spitting  and red hot so a new battery there,lucky nothing more. then got home OH went to turn the handle on the jocky wheel and the handle came off in his hand looks like it's just snaped off. so he had to lift the front A frame off the tow bar, so a new jocky wheel. any advice on jocky wheels!!. but apart from that our first trip out in our van was grand i love it.

Hi Sparkle glad to here you enjoyed your trip out even though the battery went and the handle broke off the jockey wheel you might be able to get one from a caravan brakers if there is oone near you but if you have to get new they are just about all a standard size

same thing happened to me, it snapped off as i was trying to get it off the car and onto the drive!!! I managed to get a replacement easily enough from the local dealers but getting it on the drive at the time was a lot more hard work than I had expected after a weekend away!
