it has a good chance so long as the reseal have been done right, the extra heat will just warm up the wall and help the process. if their is no sign of soft / spongy wallboards then you sould be fine.
As Als says you shouldn't have anymore probs with that seal as long as it's done right, it wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on the other window seals by getting yourself a damp meter from somewhere like B&Q though
