If your "bathroom" also has a shower I would definately not fit any mains heater in there... far too dangerous, and from the point of electrical regulations, illegal too! (even if you don't have a shower)
The only safe way is to fit a vent tube which blows warm air in.
I'm considering doing this on mine by installing a low rpm 12v fan to the knockouts at the back of the carver heater and connecting something like a tumble drier vent pipe from this to a grill in the bathroom wall.
To provide low level background heating for the winter I've bought a Dimplex 180 watt Tube Heater (screwfix, less than £20) just enough to keep the van dry and frost-free.
