My landcruiser has been recalled for a modification to the rear axle, they picked the car up from my house and left a courtesy car (new),when they brought my car back, they had cleaned it,put £15 of diesel in,and they gave me a bottle of champagne.
Well done - I agree with Alan - suppliers forget that without customers they wouldn't exist, then they wouldn't have a job - oh no, that means more income tax to pay for them when the're out of work.
I had two Toyotas over a period of ten years. Remarkable vehicles. They do exactly what it says on the tin mpg wise, and the only time they saw the dealer was at regular service intervals. It is little wonder they are now the largest car company in the world.
