Having looked at many caravans since deciding to upgrade (as you do) I settled on a least than six month old Bailey Pageant Vendee because because being disabled it meant no longer making up the bed and the layout offered me all I wanted being a single lone caravanner.
Whilst looking at different caravans I was not hassled by salesman but left to get on and make up my mind in peace and quietness finally deciding on the one I wanted, then a walk up to the sales office, first thing I was offered was a cup of coffee before settling down to the task of getting the best price for the trade-in of mine against the chosen one and also haggling down the price of the chosen one which all went very pleasantly indeed a joy to do business.
Picking the caravan up went as pleasantly as the buying part with a cup of coffee first then a tour of the caravan where I kept my mouth shut and let the sales manager do his bit, all things that I had asked to be done were done, I may add that on arrival to take over my new purchase the caravan had been hooked up to electrics and water for the full demo. I had to buy another wheel clamp from them and even this was tried by them to make certain it fitted properly and I was happy with it.
I can quite honestly say that I have never had such good professioal service as I did then, nothing was too much bother, so if anyone wants good service give them a try, Oxford Caravan Centre
