I was shocked to see that the Carver Crystal inline water filter on my 1990 Maurauder hadn't been changed since 2000!!!

Can I by an inline filter that allows replacement of the filter only without having to buy a complete unit every 30 days or is it only the housing type filters that have to be built into the van that can have the filter replaced individually?

The replacement filters for the housing type filters are much cheaper, hence the question.

if you are talking about the crystal ones you can buy the filter from a company called Filtapac which is just the filter its self this includes all rings and new mesh.
