There is a system called the caralevel that automatically levels a caravan, but I know very little about it.

No these systems (there are several) have extra legs near the axle, just behind the wheels. In this case maybe four extra legs, also near the wheels. These are used for levelling, of course together with the nose wheel. The corner steadies just remain corner steadies, as these levelers do not have the 'steadiing function'.
They also double as anti-theft device. or this purpose the caravan is lifted e.g. on the drive and taken of its wheels so that the van cannot be hitched on.

Needs to be a hammer drill.

Becasue then it will be in dangetr of not being a 'towed vehicle' and may be subject to tax!!!!

On the subject of using a drill for your legs, we have always done this and would not have it any other way!!, our drill and little charger fits nicely in the overhead locker above the living area!! when when we get there.

we store it on the floor ready for use when moving and it only needs charging now and then so we probably dont even neec to take the charger, it was onyla cheap un and all, about a tenner!!!
