i use a car charger,the caravan charger will keep it charged to 13.5v.check the electrolyte and leave off the top covers to charge.

12.7 full charge

12.3 half charge

11.8 empty

you need buy a meter only cost £5 to check

If your caravan is kept at home, and a mains cable can be safely run to it, keep the battery on trickle charge via the on board unit.  Ours is permanently on top-up charge in this manner.

One of the best chargers on the market in my honest opinion is below, but dont get it from towsure, google it and you will find the same for alot less.
