Have you looked for an existing feed wire at the mounting box? Alternatively, look for a spare fuse in your 12 volt fuse panel. If you have to use a fuse which already supplies something else, try to choose one which has plenty of spare capacity.
If you have the caravan handbook, check the circuit diagram. It may show where the connection should be made when a radio is fitted.
If the speakers are already there, does the mounting box show any sign that a radio was once fitted?
