When you say pole problem what do you mean? Hoping to exchange tent with my dealer next Fri he has some new ones coming in.

prob was that 2 sets of the poles the galvo was chiped /scraped grined off the upright poles and one of the hoops, the 3rd set it had a rusty dust over . we wiped that off, prob solved. yeomans didnt have a problem with swaping them
