We've bought an Outwell Nevada XL - couldn't find anyone locally stocking Royal tents, and chickened out of buying the Nebraska XL in case of leaks, even though this was really our favourite design. Maybe we'll upgrade in a couple of years if the kids really take to camping, and when the design is more reliable.

Really happy with the Nevada - it's huge! The four bedrooms give us lots of options for who goes in with who. We've pitched it (in next door's garden as it was too big for our lawn!) and it's raining now, so will check tomorrow for leaks. Going to Wolds Way in August for its first trip and realy looking forward to it! Thanks for all the advice offered - it's been very helpful.

Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes

New! Please upload a photo of your tent to the Tent Showcase!

Booking experiences with our dome tent: for every one that says no we have two that say yes. It is very important to state your tent size when booking.

Though many postings will say sites squeeze you in, we have not experienced this. However, we do not require EHU, probably a consideration if you have young children.
