A tunnel tent would give you standing room, we have Vango colorado, central dome and three pods, but bedrooms are not full height. seems like a great tent though, bought for same reason as you, two teenagers different sexes

This is worth a look, great tent and loads of space and does not have a huge footprint. WE have the small front bedroom away from the kids in ours (fits a double airbed) the kids use the two back bedrooms, girls in one and the lad and dog in the other, they have loads of room.
