I'm with you on this one. Waiting for a larger inflatable (synthetic for weight issues)
I sadly don't think a conversion kit would work as all the inflatable poles I have seen are significantly bigger (width) than the steel/fibreglass poles they would need to replace.
I await the Vango with interest (but was secretly hoping it was going to be Kyham who did it)

If the funds would allow, I would like a -
Full Red Indian style wig wam/Tipi ( I already have all three Argos versions)
and an
Outwell Idaho XL ( I have the similar Wynnster Pharoah 6 £150 special price )
I know if I stopped buying cheaper tents I could already have bought the Outwell, but I hadn't discovered it at the time. The Wynnster was the nearest thing I could find to my perfect tent, so I bought it, then the next week I saw the Outwell.
I think that even expensive tents offer good value when compaired to even B&B charges and the freedom camping offers.
------------- Canvas tent, paraffin light, petrol stove. Heaven
I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.
