Really easy to put up - slightly more difficult to pack away, but once you 'get it' its not so hard. In fact, I was helping a friend pack up another brand pop-up and did it the 'quechua' way and he said that I packed it smaller than when he bought it!
Quechua have great videos on their sites to show you how to pack them up - I downloaded this to my mobile in case I got really stuck lol! It makes so much more sense than the silly diagrams. Although, the quechuas do have handy coloured markers on them that make following the diagrams easier.
The Quechua ones come in a wider range of sizes than the Gelert, Vango and cheaper brands pop-ups - if you go for a quechua definitely consider an XL as you have a little porch area at the front for shoes etc. This is very useful - esp in bad weather!
I think they are a brilliant bit of engineering - but as you see from my profile I own one so I'm bias lol!
