I didn't think of that when buying at the carpet. Doh!
Having just had a quick look on the internet, there are a couple of reasons why it could be cheaper. The first one could be the colour. I know for sure the carpet for the Dakota is green and matches the tent. Maybe the carpet for Utah is blue, as was the Utah. And, as it seems the Utah has been discontinued this could be why the carpet for it is cheaper.
Also, in the pictures for the Utah, the porch section seems to be the other way round from the Dakota, so the carpet for the Utah may not actually fit the floor plan of the Dakota (does that make sense?).
Good to see you bought the Dakota. It is big but I'm sure you'll love it and it will be worth it. I'm planning to have another trip away in July and cannot wait to be in my lovely new tent again. It really is fab.
