We did ask the customer service agent at Vango to forward our complaint to his manager, and that was done yesterday. So we will just have to wait and see...hopefully we will get a fair resolution to the problem. I will let you  know here on the messageboard the outcome :)

Hi. Yeah, that is the deal I want. I want to pay the upgrade from the Tamor to the Orchy as the Tamor is comparable to the Venture, which the Apollo is not in my eyes (much smaller and lower). Hopefully they are able to see as well at Vango and the local store here.

I also think that Vango should not fight this some much knowing this is a fault with their material. In addittion the customer goes through a lot of trouble with the fibers and wet clothes, and then have to fight the manufacturer for 40 GBP when the product has the guarantee and Vango admits to the fault. I don´t understand customer service!!!!
