Did you measure to see how long it is?
Width ways it'll still be OK. can't see it making it too much longer though.
Last year when we pitched our Michigan and Gill had the Monty up I did start to wonder if any extension/canopy from one Outwell model with be a good fit on another as many of them clip to poles.
Wonder how many can be swapped about
Overall its 890, the BL on it's own is 665 so its 225 longer.
This is the only extension/awning I have found to fit the BL6, I don't think there are that many that will swap about, probably purposely so. I was surprised that Outwell made the Montana awning bigger than the extension tbh, surprised and very happy

I am looking a buying a Vermont XL, but don't like the side extension. Has anyone tried the front Montana extension on the Vermont? Shame I don't live nearer to the store, they sound very helpful!

Just saw your other post, sorry I don't think the Montana awning will fit the Vermont XL

Was considering the bear lake poly cotton canopy extension for my arrow lake but only comes with one pole so used the montana lake extension and customised it a bit. You can swap the extensions between tents but not usually possible to try before buy!
I have used the Montana awning on my BL6 and it is great - did have a bit of leakage where it connects to a vertical front of BL in heavy rain but otherwise fantastic! It makes a fabulous dining room cum cooking area!
