I tried, bevvybabe, but it was a no-go. They checked with WildDay that they had it in stock, added on the £5.95 delivery charge, then knocked off 10% - or so they said. They said I couldn't use the 15% voucher on the price match item. It came to £141.?? I think. Still a bargain compared to most places. I got my 15% off the kids chair I bought for our 18 month old, though. Whoo Hooo.....

well i was expecting to pay £135 for the awning but at the till ( after price matching with wild day) i was actually charged just £129.99 and £21.39 for the footprint. so got both for£151.38 as i said previously.i wasnt gonna argue just took my stuff and went away more than happy.the girl on the till never mentioned delivery charges from wild day so neither did i haha

I've just done the maths on the awning deal, but I can only work it out to £135. Can someone tell me if I'm going wrong, please? £149.99 -10%.....
I've also got an apology for the chaos at Middlestown branch, which includes an extra 15% off.....do I dare....?

How it works is this.
say Go Outdoors are selling item for £100 and other retailer is selling for £90,then Go Outdoors will match the £90 and take a further 10% off the matched price, which in this case is £90.
So £90 -10% =£81..
You have to take into account any delivery charges as well

you are all right.awning £149.99 at wild day ._10% would be £135 at go outdoors.footprint£24.99 -10% at go outdoors would be £22.50 plus £5.95 delivery .was expecting to pay just over £162 quid but girl at checkout charged me £151.98.who am i to argue( lol).still think £135 plus delivery charge is cheap though for awning thats why i shared my find.go outdoors have extension for£139.99 but wild day have it for £89.99 so if you print it off and take to go outdoors you could get an extension for under £87 .(£89.99 -10% plus £5.95 delivery).my receipt shows 35% off awning price of £199.99 and 40.58% off footprint but i dont know why ?we do hold a go outdoors discount card but dont think that has anything to do with it though.pleased with my bargains but dont really understand why we got more than 10% off.
you got 10% off the price matched price the 35% is the total discount off the original Go Outdoors price for the awning ie difference in price plus 10% and therefore is a discount on what it would have cost you had you brought it and not price matched!! Well thats how I read my receipt when I bought my Montana there but I may be wrong lol ! hope that doesn't confuse you !!
Feel all happy was going for awning today, but changed my mind and got extension priced match at GoOutdoors (Clydebank) with 'wild day.co.uk' courtesy of Trudy recomendation and got it for £86.
So thanks for that Trudy , oh I do love a bargain, means extra money saved can be spent on something silly and frivolous.

This site leads me astray Myt Montana came with the canopy, then I upgraded to the extension, and now because of this post I have just bought an Awning
The laugh is on me though as I've only just used the tent for one night so far, but have great plans next year, once I've managed to get hold of a trailer coz even by my reckoning it will be a tight squeeze in a Clio with 2 strapping teenagers, me, the Monty and everything else.
We brought a awning for ours and using the whole for this first time as I speak(or type!)
Found the awning to be great, doubles the living space as is enclosed for those rubbish rain days, like today! Or the whole front can be fully unzipped and open for those good days :)
