Personally I'd go for shorter lengths, nearer the originals.
I'm not sure but think maybe the extra 25cm length would perhaps give more flex than the originals, maybe causing stability issues? .
How about this set 4 poles
its just abit short of what you need, so another pack of 5 vango 12.7mm poles should be enough to complete the lengths . Possibly an extra pack of elastic might be needed to add the extra lengths on as well , but still under the £70.
Just a thought, have you contacted gelert to see if they can supply a full set of horizon poles ?
I contacted Gelert, but got nowhere with them...they were supposed to email me the measurements of the poles, but didn't even bother doing that. Then Debbie from Exmoor Leisure contacted them to see if they had a set of Horizon poles, but was told no. She then asked about replacement sections, but Gelert won't be getting any in until after Christmas.
I saw that set of 4 poles on Ebay - have them as a watched item, in fact. They don't say how many sections make up the poles, or the lengths of the individual sections, so I could end up buying sections the same length as the Sunncamp ones. I've emailed the seller to ask, but have not had a reply yet.
