Oh blimey, this could cause alot of mess lol.
Hiding places... ..
Near the ironing board
Near the washing machine
Near the hoover
And other places men never go near
Pfft, as a skilled house-husband I resent this comment
warbis66 - you're welcome to hide it under my stairs. Can't promise it'll be new and unused when you come to reclaim it though - call it rent...
Angelix Minx - i loved the thoughts behind your post. I've hidden things (NOT tenss) in the oven as that's somewhere he won't look but - it's a tad small for a Cabanon.
THAT one I sneaked in whilst he was at work and it took, ooh, two months for him to mention what was in the back bedroom...I kid you not.
Do the same as you would a dress/shoes/bag. Act surprised and adopt the 'what, this old thing'innocence.
It probably won't work - but it takes away the sting.
Sell the 'benefits' to him not the features. I'm sure he'll come round... evnetually. Good luck!

We are def on the same level of thought lol
Rotf at hiding things in the oven ! I couldnt get away with that because he loves to cook but i will hold my hands up and admit that i have done the " what this old thing" trick a few times. Not sure if I really get away with it but at least he lets me think Ihave lol
He would notice a new tent though.
Angie
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Hi guys, thanks for all your comments, perhaps i should log him onto this site and then he will realise that i am not the only person who has a love of tents......he just doesn't get it!
You could always pretend you won it in a competition, then you wouldn't need to hide it and you would probably score some brownie points with your other half.
------------- Had to give up the camping due to the rubbish Weather and Wind, so got myself a campervan!
