The hassle continues.

Put up the replacement to check it out and there are three small holes in a row on the canvas. Looks like it is a flaw in the fabric itself. It is just so bloody annoying!

However, I can't fault the customer service at the shop - phoned them again (poor Kevin must be sick to death of me!) and he said they would put up a Croyde at the store, check it over properly and then deliver it to us and take the other one away.

I feel a bit bad for going back again and asking for another replacement, but a hole is a hole and that isn't good in a new tent!

Oh no.........!! What a shame. At least the shop you bought it from are offering great customer service and sorting it out for you. Please let us know which shop it is as they sound very helpful!

Hurray!! New replacement tent arrived.

Put tent up....

Canvas fine - no holes
Inner fine - no holes

Went to put eyebrow canopy pole in and there is no bloody plastic cuppy thing to put it into.

I am getting so irritated now.

Phoned nice Kevin-man at Don Valley and he nearly had hear failure. Said he would phone me ack tomorrow to try and sort something out.

I genuinely feel sorry for him as it is not his faiuly that the tent is faulty. I just want a new tent with no holes and not bits missing!

Oh no, what a nightmare. We have also recently purchased a kampa croyde 6 but have fortunately had no problems with it. Just posted some photos of our trip last week.
Hope you get it all sorted out and get some enjoyment out of it
