Eldorados certainly seem to be popular... We went to look at a tent display today - I wanted to have a good look at what some of the tents I'd been looking at online are like in real life. Have decided that a nylon-y tent isn't for us, canvas is just too lovely, so... it's going to be an Eldorado! Thanks for all the comments and enthusiasm!

I think you have all made my mind up.  I was about to spent my hard earned money on a Vango Icarus 400, until I stumbled across the Eldorado.  Looks stunning, and great to see all the positive reviews.

Eldorados are so good you don't even need to use the king pole to hold it up. Picture from when I last used it, removed the pole and it just wanted to stay on holiday

I am going to buy one tonight, but my wife will kill me!  Perhaps if I get away with delivery I can hide it for a week or two!  Fingers crossed
