Thanks for all your help. After all that I persuaded the hubby to take a trip to go outdoors this evening to check out the vango icarus but whilst we were there we checked out the hi gear mojave 5 and actually preferred it, seemed to have a lot more space in side. Also it was hammering it down with rain and quite a bit of it seemed to getting in through the vango door but not soo much the mojave 5. Anyway the best news was that the tent and card only came to £114! Not quite sure how as advertised at £199 but Im not complaining. brilliant. The only thing was 2 bedrooms not one big one however the big room looks big enough for me and the hubby and our 2 little ones, will be cosy but when they are older they can go in room of there own.

If you bought it yesterday Go Outdoors had 15% off everything. The upside for you is that it was off the £129.00 price which should have been live later in May. Go can be a bit erratic on prices especially their own branded equipment. Well done and I hope you enjoy the tent!

Hi Laurad,

I hope I'm not too late to tell you this but a leaflet came through my door today from the factory store (I don't know if you have one of these near to you?) if not it might be on their website - anyway, they have the Gelert Ottowa 6 currently for £99! - at that price you could buy the porch as well for your £200 - hope this helps. I was thinking of getting it myself as a weekend one (our Outwell Tennessee 5 to big to put up for a few days)so I asked a friend about it who has the Ottowa 4 and she is an Outwell fan so likes good quality and she said it was a good tent. Hope this helps.

It's a great buy they also have the euvora 8 gelert for £99 I got one today .
