Hi we have sold our colarado because we wanted a closed in porch. we now have a gelert corvus and porch. Our porch is the same i think as the one you have bought. You will not be disappointed there is lots of room and loads warmer. i bet you can,t wait to try it out.
What a bargain! At that price who cares what colour it is. When do you plan on trying it out? If you have any problems let me know on here, or we could meet at Alum ale house and chat over a beer.

The porch arrived today and to our surprise when we opened it , it is actually the green one and not the brown one he had advertised , all the better for us ha ha....
We took it all out the packaging in the back garden just to check everything was there and we threaded the pole and legs through , all looks good and I have to say it's huge !! just want to go camping now to use it but gonna have to wait till next year I suppose....
The groundsheet looks massve for it , in fact it prob looks too big but I'm sure it'll be fine....Out of interest do you use another separte groundsheet for the canopy on the Corado ? Or is it worth investing in another groundsheet big enough for the canopy and the new porch together ?
Anyway I'm chuffed to bits with it at that price.....
Really pleased you ended up with a green one, what a result!
We use both the canopy and the porch groundsheets, overlap them by a couple of inches and they're fine. The porch groundsheet looks massive because it is, you won't believe how much space you have with the porch on. If you want to be really flash you could get another corado 4 carpet for the porch. It's slightly too small which keeps it away from the sides.
As for having to wait until next year, are you fair weather campers? We're hoping to go to Highburn House at Wooler this weekend.
ps I was looking around Go Outdoors this morning and found an Outwell Oakland xl in the reduced bin. They had knocked £250 off because the pegs were missing. Don't know how to tell the missus we now have yet another tent.
Had a chuckle at "fair-weather campers" ha ha it's not that at all it's more a case of us both usuing up practically all our annual leave for the year , we're away at half-term in October (not camping) and that's just about it for the year....
Anyway back to the tent and porch....You say you use both the canopy and porch groundsheets ? I'm confused as the tent groundsheet is sewn-in with the carpet on top then when we open the main door out to the canopy it's just the grass so therfore when we get to attach our new morpheus porch with the groundsheet down there will surely be a big gap am I right ? Or is the new morpheus groudsheet big enough to cover both these areas ? This is why I was asking if we should invest in another groundsheet altogether....?
Hope you's get away this weekend , we've been to Highburn a few year back in our old Halfords tent , it's canny up there.....
How did the Mrs react to your bargain then ?
Regards
David

When you bought the Corado it should have come with a seperate groundsheet for the area under the canopy about 10'6" x 4'. If you don't have this the morpheus groundsheet is about 4' too short. You could get a tarpaulin from B&Q and make a new groundsheet easily enough.
Haven't plucked up the courage to tell the other half about the new tent, she already thought we had too many tents. I'll have to wait until she's in a good mood and gently slip it into the conversation after she's had a couple of glasses of wine.

Hi alibabaxx,
the porch is attached using velcro straps which fasten around the end pole on the tent. There is also a guy rope threaded through the seam on the porch which goes over the tent canopy, this can either be pegged down or clipped onto the ring and pins of the end tent pole. When this guy rope is tightened it is impossible for the porch to pull off the tent. You can just see this guy rope in the picture if you look at the joint between tent and porch from about waist height running straight down. If this guy rope is pegged down the porch is a very snug fit but if it is clipped onto the ring and pins (much more secure) there is a very small gap about half way down. Hope this is clear.
I have the Corado canopy already. Do you think this Morpheus Porch could be added to the canopy to make a super-Porch?
Yes the Morpheus porch could be fitted to the Corado canopy to create a super-Porch.
You would have to watch in strong side winds though as you would have two poles without any sideways guy rope support.
You might also need a megaphone to talk to people at the other end of the tent
