I'll decide what I'm doing with the tent after(hopefully) a field trip with it later this year...If too big to manage on my own...I'll keep it for longer breaks when someone is around to help....

We have just bought a second handMonty 6 and my huibby managed to pitch it on his own in Wales this week in pretty bad weather and with an 8 month Lab pup helping!! He watched the video on YouTube of a guy pitching it on his own in 10 mins nd set himself a challenge ,but in reality it took him nearer 30 mins for a first pitch ( but that was with a broken porch pole - another story, but suffice to say Duct tape saved the day again!)
If you look on youtube there's a fab video of someone pitching a monty on his own. They way he did it looked really quite easy. started with the end poles then slid the middle poles in.
And congratulations on your complete bargain!
