We are still not sure what tent we are going for to be honest
I really like the touches on the Vango Inspire but I do like the fact that the Croyde has a closable canopy
I won't be deciding until I actually see these tents in the flesh next yr
Plus I'm still saving up the money lol

Went to Camping International in Gillingham yesterday just to get a look at the bigger tents
They had the Vango Inspire 600 and its a big boy lol
They didn't have the Kampa Croyde 600 but size wise its pretty much the same as the Inspire
Next year the Inspire is going from 150 Denier to a whopping 420 Denier making it heavier and bigger when packed away
I think the Croyde is staying at 150 Denier, nothing wrong with that though
The Croyde inflation points are changing from inside the tent to outside which personally i think is better
Some people say inflation points on the inside are better because people cant let your tent down that way
I reckon if your camping at sites where your worried about this sort of thing happening then a change of site would be my idea
Ive also heard Kampa are strengthening and sealing the seams of their tents better i suppose trying to stop water leaking in around the air beams
When air beams are inflated it stretches the seams thus letting water in that drips down the beam and collects in a puddle around the beam base
Im going to buy some sealer and spray all the seams where the beams are when i buy my tent
It might sound a bit belt and braces but nothing wrong with that i say lol
Also on display was the Vango Taigo 600xl its the same size as the Inspire but has a closable canopy attached
Its Denier is only 70 which makes it a lot lighter and it wont be as big of a beast when packed away
There is also a new version of the tent coming out next year but i dont know with what improvements i relly like this tent and it costs £750
But should i be put off by the material only being 70 Denier
I wonder how much the Croyde will be next year its £850 at the moment

Glad you had a good look round all the tents, it does help to see them all together.

Cross camping also has a good display, they are in Herts and he gives excellent advice too.
